Kristen Dotto is Vice President of Development for Magical Elves. In her role she conceptualizes, develops, sells and executes original series ideas for the US and international markets.

 

Prior to Magical Elves, she served as an executive on the unscripted development teams at ITV Entertainment, Maverick TV US, Tollbooth TV, and Asylum Entertainment. Dotto has played a key role in the sale of series and presentations to a variety of broadcast, cable, and digital platforms. Dotto began her career in programming and marketing research at A&E Networks. Her experience includes performance and ratings analysis, pilot testing and consumer insights.

 

Dotto reps Syracuse hard as it’s both her hometown and alma mater.
